The Refer & Roar Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Red Rhino Networks Inc. (the “Sponsor”), a British Columbia corporation.
The Sweepstakes begins on February 11, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:
No purchase, referral, or contract is required to be eligible to participate or win.
Eligible participants may earn entries into the Sweepstakes in one or more of the ways described below. Entries earned by any method are cumulative.
Eligible participants may submit referrals by completing the Sponsor’s official referral submission process, which may include an online referral form made available through the Sponsor’s website or other Sponsor-designated channels (the “Referral Form”).
To submit a referral, the participant must provide the information requested in the Referral Form, which may include contact details for the participant and the referred business.
Submission of a Referral Form does not, by itself, guarantee that a referral will qualify as a Qualified Referral or earn entries. Entries are awarded only if the referral meets the criteria set out in Section 4.1 and subsequent sections of these Rules.
For the purposes of these Rules, a referral will be considered a “Qualified Referral” only if the referred business satisfies all of the following criteria:
a. The referred business operates a legitimate, active commercial enterprise and is not a personal-use entity or non-operational organization;
b. The referred business has its headquarters located in the Province of British Columbia;
c. The referred business operates a minimum of ten (10) computers or workstations at the time of referral;

For clarity, a referral that does not meet the criteria above will not earn entries under Sections 4.2, 4.3, or 4.4 of these Rules, but such determination does not affect the referrer’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes by other permitted means.
An eligible participant will earn one (1) entry for each Qualified Referral that enters into a fully executed managed services agreement with the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Rules.
For clarify, Qualified Referrals that do not convert into signed client do not earn entries.
From time to time, the Sponsor may designate limited promotional periods of varying duration (each, a “Promotional Period”), including promotions associated with trade shows, events, direct mail campaigns, or seasonal initiatives.
During a Promotional Period, each Qualified Referral during the Promotional Period will be eligible to earn two (2) entries instead of one (1) in the event the Qualified Referral’s convert to a fully executed managed services agreement in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Rules.
The start and end times of each Promotional Period will be communicated by the Sponsor.
An eligible participant will earn one (1) entry for each Qualified Referral that enters into a fully executed managed services agreement with the Sponsor for a minimum term of three (3) years during the Sweepstakes Period.
